Humans are not automatons… they are diverse and unique, curious, emotional, and rational yet unpredictable. I have spent most of my career learning about people and how they interact with technology, and about what makes technology usable, useful, and desirable to them.

 

My work experience has included various disciplines related to user experience: including human factors engineering, user experience and user interface design, product management, and user research. And I have been fortunate to work with people from many countries and cultures across the world. This varied but focused experience has given me a tremendous respect for all people and the importance of making products that are crafted out of a deep understanding of their values, wants, needs, and capabilities.
